2-3 hour detailed site meeting to get to know you and your plans for your renovation project, this meeting includes taking measurements of your home
2. 3D MODEL
Our 3D models are part of the package! Helping our clients visualise the space, many people can not truely understand 2D plans.
3. FLOOR PLANS
Existing plans, proposed plans, furniture layout plans, all ready to hand over to a construction company.
4. VISUALS
Simple renders where possible, along side photos of the existing rooms to help you imagine the possible transformations
5. KITCHEN & BATH
Layout plans, inspirational images, visuals and suggested finishes.

6. MATERIALS
Suggested materials and finishes to achieve a cohesive look throughout. (Tiles, flooring, windows, doors, kitchen and bath finishes etc.)
7. SCOPE OF WORK
A document outlining the work to be carried out, both for your understanding and to assisit the builder in completing his quote.
8. PRESENTAtION
We present our design projects in person on site. We also give you both a digital and printed version of the design document.
